Misuse or alteration of JEFFREY ALLEN PENNINGTON's name and/or identifiers which results in harm to JEFFREY ALLEN PENNINGTON's good name, credit reports, reputation, or legal or equitable rights, titles, or interests may be a violation of law, and a complaint may be filed with the proper law-enforcement agencies tasked with investigating any misuse or alteration of information and identity theft. A fee schedule will also be invoked by any parties threatening to or causing any such harm.
